Bonversations | Ep #59 | J(eff)LB Asia (25-Nov-2024)
How much of what the government tells us about the outside world is pure propaganda?
Why are so many western people choosing to leave their homelands behind?
Have we been lied to about the so-called ‘World Wars’?

The second part of this call runs another two hours and includes discussion about:
* Why western folks who haven’t left their own countries are oblivious to how bad things at home have gotten.
* The lockdown protests and ‘controlled opposition’.
* What really happened on 9/11 (and who was behind it).
* The so-called ‘shape of the earth’ debate and the various characters within it.
* Potential benefits of removing ‘seed oils’ from one’s diet.
…and much, much more.

With regard to JLB saying that eating a salad would be healthy for him in the second part of the audio, the facts are heavily against him. Also Ekberg & Berg are both advocates of a cooked animal-foods-heavy diet, ignoring the obvious fact that cooking is basically simply damaging the nutrients in your food and adding industrial chemicals to it in the process. If your food came with the warning: “industrial chemicals and carcinogens added,” would you eat it? No. Yet that is exactly what happens when you “cook” or burn your food, to the degree that you burn it.
We get well by making new cells not by correcting those that are malfunctioning – best raw materials = raw or undamaged animal foods with the least amount of toxicity – this is just a proven fact, it is a proven fact that raw animal foods have the most nutrients bio-available for the human body. Even most hardcore vegans now admit this – they admit that their choice of diet is not for health reasons but rather for “moral” reasons.

The Japanese have the highest percentage of people living past 100 years of age, over 50,000 in a population of 100 million, three times better than the United States. This is not because they eat lots of “salt” as Frank the Salty Biblical Fairy Tales guy incorrectly claims but because they eat lots of high quality raw meat, raw fish in particular, but also all other kinds of meat. Land sushi is no different than sea sushi as long as it is “land sushi grade” or high quality.
The problem in eating raw or undamaged foods is that they have no “taste” or what people have been conditioned to their whole lives: sweet and spicy foods which over-stimulate release of hormones like a drug. When you think about it, what makes the thousands of different varieties of foods attractive to people, is hardly even in the “cooking” at all but only in the spicing. This conditioning is extremely hard to break, so the goal should only be to minimize that which satisfies addiction or “taste” cravings and that which is simply fuel or building blocks required for cellular regeneration and to prevent degeneration.
The general formula or rule is:
Maximize raw animals foods (high quality raw meat and raw dairy products) while minimizing cooked or damaged foods high in toxicity (through the process of cooking itself) and vegetables (all of which contain oxalates or anti-nutrients and all of which contain far less nutrients, never mind bio-available nutrients, than animal foods)
which, if applied, naturally leads to the second corollary rule:
Maximize bacteria while minimizing toxicity.
Bacteria can only be “bad” or “contagious” when they have been feeding on toxicity and become toxic themselves during a process of detox. These bacteria, being alive, and able to jump from person to person, then can start a similar process of detox in other people who are similarly weak or poisoned and need to be detoxified but not in stronger and healthier people or those with less levels of toxicity (often there might be a minor detox started in them as well but will barely be noticed, therefore no “sickness” to report). Therefore it is always the toxicity that is at fault but not the bacteria there to process it (always the fire, never the firemen, unless they catch on fire and make you burn, etc.)
It is contradictory therefore to say Pro-Biotics and Anti-Biotics are both “good” for us depending on the situation. Nope. More bacteria = more bio = more life. More toxicity = less bio = less life. In all cases, more or less. More drugs = more toxicity = less bio = less life and vice versa. Anti-biotics temporarily stop or rather postpone a period of sickness (seeking health) by killing off the bacteria only trying to carry on to completion its job of detox.
What was really needed was more high quality nutrients, not less bacteria. But what most people call food or “nutrients” are of a very low and toxic quality (since they’re almost always also “cooked” or damaged and carcinogenic), therefore it is very hard for them to get the nutrients (from simply eating 30 raw eggs a day for instance, one every half hour) they need to complete the detox from a position of far more strength. So in a lot of cases eating more crap food adds to the detox process rather than helps it, hence requiring the extremely harmful in the long-term bacterial massacre of anti-biotics to ease the suffering of the sick person.
When an interrupted detox resumes at a later date, as it always does, it will be much tougher to complete (and therefore you will be much “sicker/seeker” or weak or drained of nutrients during the process) since (unless you ate lots of pro-biotic or rotten/fermented foods) less bacteria are now available to carry out the job in addition to more added toxicity from the environment in the interim period.
In foods – all plants have oxalates or anti-nutrients similar to gluten not just grains and therefore should be eliminated from your diet or minimized.

Also to become vegan and harm yourself deliberately for the sake of the animals or “moral” reasons is not even very valid since clearing vast fields to plant and harvest vegetables massacres gigantic amounts of animals, pound-for-pound maybe even more than eating meat, certainly much more than only eating “grass fed,” free-range or wild meats and avoiding low-quality factory-farmed crap.
Also, overstimulation of hormones from junk food (and all cooked, processed or damaged food in general) masks disease symptoms in youth without eliminating illness until it is too late to reverse the process easily.

Remember this – your energy is in two things: what you put in your body and where you direct your attention. Exposure to the sun is part of what you put in your body – mainly the creation of Vitamin D using the cholesterol on your skin (which needs 48 hours to complete, therefore any showers, especially using soap, will severely handicap the process). Morning sun before 10:00 AM is best, least likely to give skin cancer or the dried, wrinkled skin in older people who were out too much in the noon-day sun during their youth. Hormones are released when the sun’s full ray spectrum hits your pituitary gland in the back of the brain, including dopamine which makes your feel good, melatonin which tans the skin and prevents it from burning, etc.
You never eat nothing – you either put something in your mouth or you eat yourself. This is where the “high” from fasting comes from (and also any highs or feelings of well-being from the initial stages of “vegetarianism” or “veganism” both of which are forms of fasting). You’re eating raw animal flesh and saturated fat – your own. This fools vegetarians and vegans in the initial stages of their diet into thinking that it’s the vegetables full of oxalates making them feel good (the anti-nutients do trigger adrenaline release like coffee and tea, both of which are neuro-toxins that poison your nervous system) , when in reality it’s the lack of nutrients forcing the body to consume its own raw animal flesh for fuel. Once that body fat and muscle runs out, then you see the kinds of horrific and rapid deteriorations as shown countless times in the “vegans: the epitome of malnourishment” video series.

@Neg – what do you think of homemade ghee? specifically cooking with it? better than olive oil? butter?
I’ve seen it around but have never actually had it. I guess if it’s homemade or raw then it’s good. Pasteurized “grass-fed” butters are also still definitely better than olive oil. Raw butter here in L.A. is a ridiculously expensive 17 dollars a pound and only one farm is allowed to make it and this is the farm that had the legal battle with Aajonus Vonderplanitz I think who was accusing them of feeding their cows garbage – we’re stuck with them.
To increase fat intake, it’s much cheaper for me just to get raw animal fat and eat that for all the fat soluble vitamins. 100% grass fed trim fat – some butchers will even give many pounds of that to you for free if you go on the right day. Just ask them before they ship it out for other industrial uses. Or you can buy high quality Wagyu fat for around 4 bucks a pound in big 3 pound bags and store it in the freezer. At least one third to half your meat consumption should be from fat, which is used up for energy and lubrication and has the most cholesterol whereas muscle protein creates a lot of waste and takes up a lot more digestion energy (drained nutrients from your body).
I use duck fat for the little cooking I do to satisfy taste conditioning and the need for warm, spicy food. Tallow is good too if you like the taste but I only use tallow for dry skin and general skin care. For warm food I might eat small amounts (less than 8 ounces at a time) of high-collagen bone broth soup (the entire jar should be gelatinous when in the fridge if it’s good quality, most store bone broths are watered-down rip-offs) with lots of raw cream and raw cheese melted in it. Raw cheese, unlike other raw dairy is available everywhere by the way, and can be shipped everywhere, there’s even an Amish store that sells unsalted 5 pound blocks of raw cheese.
At most I might eat 4 or 5 rare steak or fully-cooked chicken tacos a week with heated-up organic (non-gmo) corn tortilla, raw melted cheese, Cholula hot sauce and lots of sour cream (hard to find raw around here). For most people that would be a relatively healthy meal, since it’s homemade with no seed oils and high in protein, plus cooked in cast iron, but I know it’s just the smallest portion needed to satisfy a lifetime’s worth of spice and carb (sugar) addictions and taking away from optimal health. And once you’re cleaned up on the inside, even a small amount of bread or corn is instantly felt. You get a tiny hangover from it every time which you don’t feel when you’re basically eating cooked stuff off with breads and carbs and sugary sauces all the time, because then you’re hung over on cooked crap state is your “normal” every day feeling. You just assume you couldn’t feel any better.
Canned foods should be avoided, of course, because of the heavy metals. But regardless of that, heavy metals are still all in the environment and you should still “oil-pull” them out of your gums and teeth every day (forget brushing which only destroys tooth enamel) since the brain attracts them as conductors and communicates through them to the nervous system at the speed of light and then leaks it all into the gums and teeth (most tooth decay is from heavy metals leaked from the brain and not from bacteria). About 10 to 20 minutes is best, beyond that you might re-absorb what you pulled out. I use coconut oil and every time I do it, a slight headache I barely even noticed always goes away. Salt also has a lot of heavy metals so it’s not a good idea to eat a ton of it like certain people at the Fakeologist site suggest. Like the Latvian Black Metal Psycho used to say if you can’t eat a lot of it then you shouldn’t be eating it at all.

Vonderplanitz and Owsley both were very much against salt, AV was also against drinking plain water (which Sv3rige apes) and claimed to only drink less than 6 ounces a day (he got most of his water from raw milk) whereas Owsley was for plenty of spring water, at least a liter a day. So it’s up to you to experiment and see your own reactions.
The toxins as well as the vitamins are stored in fat so it has to be the best quality. I also eat marrow butter raw, hopefully the kind that’s already taken out of the bones, so you don’t have to deal with that hassle https://frankiesfreerangemeat.com/products/grass-fed-bone-marrow-butter (it’s well worth the 60 bucks that’s why it’s sold out) . The raw meat I only eat for fuel so a lot of times I don’t even chew it, just cut it up in small pieces and swallow. I try to eat around 1 pound a day raw, one third from steak or ground meat, one third from fat and one third from organ meats, plus raw milk kefir and spring water from glass bottles. If you want the most nutrition the quickest – the main thing you want to do is find a source of high quality organ meats – if you can find unfrozen veal liver – that’s the best – in both taste and quality. Even after one year of rotting in a glass jar to make it “high” it still tastes like wine.
Almost all organ meats here, except chicken livers, are frozen. Frozen is ok, once you thaw it out long enough, but far less bacteria and vitamins than fresh, cooked is no good because it’s basically burned or damaged. Cooking damages the protein as well as kills off the “good” bacteria feeding on the high quality meat itself while actually increasing many-fold the bacteria feeding on the toxicity afterwards created from the cooking itself, once you cool it down enough to eat, the so-called “bad” bacteria, which when you eat it, might very well start a similar detox in your body, since now you’re full of the industrial chemicals and carcincogens and these toxins need to be cleaned up or at least transferred to your fat or an ever-growing protective cancerous tumor so they don’t damage your vital organs.
To tell you the truth, even with all the distractions (distractions = destructions) of the internet age, most people are bored with their lives, and don’t even want to live past 80 years of age, because they falsely assume that at that age they’ll be “old” and unable to get it up (and sometimes even walk) anyway, so they “reason” that they would rather destroy their livers and kidneys and brain cells with junk foods and alcohol in their so-called “youth” in order to have “fun” and live it up “while they can,” not realizing that it is that very retarded philosophy that seals their fate, makes them deteriorated “old men” unable to get any fun out of life by the time they’re in their 60’s, just like their parents before them and the rest of the slaves going back many generations to who knows where “history” started (his-story to imitate like monkeys – for example: that of the man slowly tortured to death on a stick you should imitate – goys – be masochists for your sadists slave sheeple, you already date your entire existence according to this fairy tale character – now year 2024 since the torture-porn symbolism supposedly started or his opposite: the other “documented” fairy tale character who married the 9 year old in the desert, etc., ).
